Turn key, top service by Canadian and UK staf. Even arranging a crane to tilt the wpool over the neighbours house was for them a no brainer. House visit. Check electra. Connecting to electricity. Extensive instruction, chemicals, an top of the bill quality wpool. Forget about the Chineese stuf on the market. Highly recommended!

I have has a spa tub in spain for the last 7 years and imported it from the UK. I have been looking for years for a dealership who had the capability, knowledge and flexibility to look after my spa. Brian and Michael are very knowledgeable and their desire to help comes though in their delivery. My situation is more complex in that i am not always at home but they even took care of any access issue with my neighbours. Top service i am looking forward to meeting them both personally but their level of expertise in this field and in southern spain is unrivalled and anyone should buy with confidence. I now feel i have the right help to be able to keep my spa in tip top condition thanks to Time out spas! and if you have never had one i can highly recommend them it compliments my pool so i can enjoy the outdoors long into the winter season. TimeOut spas gave us lots of helpful advice on what to look for in a hot tub and they had a decent number of spas on display in their showroom so you could get a good idea of the different levels of spa, they also did a site survey at our place in the campo, very professional.
