The staff were friendly. Order was served in time inspite of the restaurant being crowded. The butter nan was really good. Rest of the items were good but nothing extraordinary.

One of the best exponents of the Kolkata biriyani. You can get yummy kebabs too. More or less pocket-friendly. A must if you love biriyani.

Awesome North Indian and mughlai food. Worth dining in here. But avoid on festive seasons. Food quality falls due to the huge rush

Parcel service is good. Soothing dine in arrangement. Difficult for car parking. Easy parking for 2 wheelers.

The name that Arsalan has built for itself over the years is truly amazing. However being able to hold on to that same quality and level of service is understandably difficult. While the taste of food continues to amaze you, be ready to be served cold or slightly warm. Also not to mention the similar cold and interested level if service which befits a roadside joint not Arsalan. So for food, go for it, but you might consider ordering it home.
