I was skeptic about eating sushi here in Düsseldorf but my friend reassured me that this restaurant was great because of the large Japanese community here. This restaurant accepts credit cards and I recommend making a reservation. Our dinner was at 8:45 and this place was packed!
There were no menus in English so we ordered by just pointing at the pictures.
For starters - the tuna sushi combination - amazing toro!
Tuna tataki - the plate didn’t look to appealing what it tasted great! I’m a big fan of garlic and that sauce on top was just mostly garlic. Yummy
Pork belly - I wasn’t too much of a fan. It wasn’t a hot dish and I thought the meat was a bit dry.
Entree - udon noodle soup - great broth but I thought it was missing some other ingredients that udon soup would usually have like fish cake.
For two people we spent about 80€ so it was a bit expensive. Again, great quality so it’s worth it.

Sushi is ok, but the value for money is not good. The acoustics in the restaurant are horrible. Lots of noise, you hardly can have a conversation with you dinner partner..without you have to scream at each other.

If you don't have a reservation, they'll make you wait endlessly without telling you there's no place for you. Food is good, sushi is very good quality. Staff is not as pleasant or fast as you would expect in an upscale restaurant.

The best sushi I've ever tasted outside of Japan which is also comparable in terms of freshness and price. All the dishes are delicious and authentic. It is not cheap but you pay for the quality. This place is filled with Japanese which also speaks a lot for the food. You will definitely have to reserve a table in advance as it is extremely popular. I highly recommend chirashi bowl as you get all kinds of fresh fish and seafood in it.

Great place! Very wide variety of dishes, sushi is awesome! Yes, it is a bit pricey but for the quality you get I think it is worth it. Would love to go there again and sot at the bar where you see all the fresh fish being prepared :-)
