This is a wonderful holiday apartment complex. The apartments are very comfortable with good beds, bathroom, living room with kitchen, airco and private terrace. Breakfast is included and served on the top floor with beautiful views of the sea and the surroundings. There is a large rooftop terrace. It is also a great place to sit and relax in the evening and have a drink.
For a swim you can make use of the swimming pool where there are plenty of sunbeds and olive trees, or you can take the steps to the sea, that is right beneath the cliff.
We came by car and the road that goes to Ark apartments is quite small in relation to the booming tourism along the coastline. The urban planning in Stobreč isn't that good...
It is a great advantage that Ark apartments has its own private car park!
The owner and his family are really friendly and helpful. They gave us some good advice and made a reservation for us in one of the best restaurants of Croatia.
Our kids also had a great time here and they felt at home!
We would recommend this place to everyone who is visiting the Split area.

Amazing, super-friendly hosts, breakfast included in the morning, glass of wine included in the evening, great views, nice patio, easy beach access, a pool. In the apartment, most units have a stove, oven, and fridge. Everything you need!

Little guesthouse with very friendly staff. Basic breakfast, but everything is present. Great view from the terras and excellent pool

The Ark is beautiful,top service,top location,very very nice ouwner en his family.
