I had a massage with Amelia and she is absolutely, hands down, the BEST foot massager I've ever experienced. I came to her when my foot had practically lost circulation due to wearing heels and she fixed them right up. I highly recommend her! See you SOON.

Great service with attention to details. They have an infrared sauna which i use if i have a headache or feel one coming on.

I was a Phresh Spa regular user and big fan for 5 + years. I used their infrared sauna frequently because it is the highest quality of sauna (Radiant Health Sauna) and I have ran one professionally of the same brand, and also written the technical content for the brand, so I have an in-depth understanding of how they work. What I didn’t know is that Phresh Spa recently changed management. After a session in which the staff neglected/forgot to set to the sauna to the full temperature – 140+ degrees, I let them know that it was only set to 2/3 the temperature needed for the sauna to work. They offered me a free sauna session, but denied any error on their part, trying to explain that the saunas are ‘self-regulating’. This is inaccurate – the sauna first needs to be set to the full desired temperature, then it climbs to that temperature. They refused to acknowledge this and told me to call back and speak to the manager, Amy.
When I called back to talk to Amy about the free session offered, I was told that I was instead being given ‘notice’ aka ‘banned’ from the spa and the person hung up the phone on me when I asked why (!) I tried to reach Amy by phone the next week in which she became verbally abusive and explained that everyone in the spa found me aggressive for trying to explain how the sauna worked. I offered to send her pictures of the sauna temperature as proof that I was not trying to cause a conflict, I was reporting that the sauna was not set correctly. She reluctantly refunded me for my session, and said she was not interested in seeing the photos – so I’m posting them here. As a customer, I feel very disrespected and unheard. But it’s so ridiculous for them to deny the very basic premise of how their own sauna works – they would rather shoot the messenger (?), I would definitely not want to go back anyway. Good luck sitting in a great sauna that is not set to the temperature it needs to be to work.
The temperatures in the photos show that the sauna was @ about 100 degrees when I got in at 60 minutes, and took almost the full session to climb to the 140s. It wouldn't have heated up at all if I hadn't manually raised the temperature. If the sauna stays around 100 degrees, you won't get the real sweat needed for the detoxifying health benefits.

I just had a deep tissue massage with Katie, her technique was great! She was able to release my muscle tension without any discomfort, leaving me feeling revived as well as relaxed. Thanks Katie!

Awesome staff that is super welcoming every time. I get acupuncture from Julie and she is the best. The spa is really pretty and smells nice. There is a private area to relax and have some tea. I 100% recommend this place and their services.
