My first experience with this spa, was lovely. They were friendly and attentive. I have tried to return on two more occasions, an each time left to receive services at a different spa. Most recently, I waited a bit more than 30 minutes before walking out of the spa. I made an appointment online, which was confirmed by e-mail the day before my scheduled appointment. I arrived early that morning for my appointment.
The owner and another employee were giving two other clients manicures. Another customer was already waiting. Her appointment was for 9:30am, the same time as my appointment. I was never really greeted, except when the owner asked if I had an appointment. After that, I was ignored. As it neared 10am, a third employee asked, "what are you waiting for? do you have an appointment?" I responded, yes. I had an appointment for a bikini wax for 9:30am. She simply turned away and walked out of the room. No apologies for being late, nor an explanation. If I was given an explanation (someone running late or the room wasn't ready), I would have understood. Instead, I felt like I was unwelcome. I made an online appointment with another spa for the same day and walked out. I told the other waiting customer that I couldn't wait any longer.

This is our entire famly's favorite spa. We love to go with the kids and get pedicures. My wife loves getting her facials and electrolysis done here as well. Very friendly and clean!!

I got oxygeno facial and many other treatment done over the years. She is an amazing person and very professional. I always have a great time getting everything done because the staff is really friendly too. I would highly recommend to anyone who would like to get any services done.

Spring mist spa never fails to impress! The staff is always friendly, welcoming and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. I've been going to this spa for a while now and The facility is always kept clean. Love this spa and the people!

I went to Spring Mist Spa for the first (but definitely not the last!) time today for a spa pedicure. What a lovely place! The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The spa is impeccably clean and I was very happy with the results of my pedicure. I've already booked my next appointment!
