At the summer it gets really hot in higher floor. Our room was 30+ celsius all the time.

This is family owned hotel is in the heart of Lienz right on the main square. It's the salmon colored building in my pics below. The room is modern, and large with a large bathroom and very large closets and a fridge, there is an elevator as well. Parking is in a private parking lots across the street at the back of the hotel. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet is at a gourmet level. Lots of choice and everything was delicious. HIghly recommended.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the room was nice and clean. The shower was great, very hot water and strong pressure. Only downside to our room was poor ventilation, opening windows only, but it was to an area where ppl were smoking. Overall still a nice place to stay

Rooms on fifth floor are simply too warm in the summer. There's no airconditioning. Otherwise great place
