Ordered a dish with Shrimps and rice, which was recommended by the waiter. Price was 52 lei. When I got the bill extra 9 lei was charged for rice. I felted ripped off coz I was told dish had shrimp and rice. Never mention about extra cost for rice.
Will NOT go again!

Waited 1h + for the food to arrive only to find out the order had not been placed. The waiter promissed the food would be ready in 10 minutes but it wasn't!

[2016] used to be 5*, now they totally foked up both the interior harbour theme and the quality of food... [May 2017]: one year later, dropping one more star. there's a street corner fastfood 50m away offering pretty much same quality (if not better) for less money... don't get fooled by the 4.something rating. the old harbour everyone was happy with is gone for about 2 years now... all you get now it's greasy food and tables. and a vulgar, tasteless, kitschy deco
