I love Nando's, and I understand that the ladies at the counter deal with a lot of late night revellers, but the service was still unfriendly and most menu items were not available. The Burger that I had was good though.

Absolutely pathetic service!!! I stood there for 20 minutes yesterday and didn't get even get to place an order, all because the cashier was 'busy' elsewhere. When other staff did call out to her she responded that she was busy and would attend to us in her own time... Go to hell NANDOS.... I will certainly not frequent this pathetic establishment any longer. You get 1 star only because without it I couldn't post this message. Actually you do not deserve a single star
