Super service et une équipe très agréable. J'ai loué un véhicule à Los Angeles. Elles m'ont aidé avec sérieux et efficacité à régler un petit souci avec l'agence américaine. Grâce à leur aide, la prise du véhicule s'est très bien passé sur place. Bravo et merci !

I reserved a car 3 months in advance for Nancy train station. I was never notified that my pick-up date was a holiday in France. When I arrived at the Sixt office they were closed and there was no way to make a reservation that day. I received an email the week prior from the Nancy Sixt manager asking for my credit card but they did NOT state that the office would be closed that day. I'm very disappointed by the poor communication from the Nancy Sixt office.
