I would describe it as an urban garden. It is a nice touch, having a 'green spot' in between the buildings. I think it's fairly new and I'm not exactly sure whether it holds a purpose. Still, there's a lot of room for improvement. Also, that view is probably one of the best in Aarhus. Premium spot.
