Klasicka pivnice, tak jak ma byt. Pivo dobre a jak uz nazev napovida cepuje se Ostravar. Pivnice ma sve vlastni stamgasty. Jidlo jsem neochutnal.
Pokud se chcete podivat na sport, popovidat si s prateli a dat si pivko, tak je to to spravne misti.

So this is one of the two restaurants which can cater to intelligent tourists. I mean, the popular Park Inn by Radisson hotel is nearby and many guests in reviews complain about no restaurants nearby. Yet there are two. The Ostravar with traditional Czech dishes and the Pizzeria Anna with pizza. Both great quality, great value for money, open late and serving the fantastic local beer. So I'm posting this review to both and maybe it will help some clueless tourists. Also if someone is wondering, the local area is safe all day and night long and the locals and regulars are very friendly. I don't even know why I have to right the former sentence but some tourists seem to wonder, so I stated the obvious :)

Servírka věčně s někým volá nebo vykecava u stolu a nějak zapomíná obsluhovat. Čekat 20 minut na pivo je dost, kdyby to bylo aspoň ojediněle, ale tam to je furt!

Dobré menu za dobré ceny okolo 70 - 80 korun, včetně polévky.
