Called Too Boom now as another reviewer has mentioned. Really good imported beer selection with decent prices. 35RMB ~$5.25 for Belgian beer like Trappistes Rochefort, Westmalle, Duvel, etc. worth the stop if you want beer and bar food.

Name is is now "TOO BOOM". Great bar with wide variety of beer and good food. ( variety of western food). Pool table, darts and foosball table. Friendly staff, bartender speaks good english.
