I purchased a package for infra red sauna. I only used maybe 2 sessions. Everytime I go there they are closed or door is locked. It says call them but when you call no one ever picks up or calls you back. I so regret wasting money on this place. I want my money back & will continue to call until I get it ! Unprofessional to say the least !

When I moved to Vancouver in 2010, I used google to help me find my new health care practitioners and "Best acupuncturist in Vancouver" led me to Kelli Taylor at Elements Wellness Centre! Seven years later and she's still my acupuncturist. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone interested in trying acupuncture, in fact, I'm pretty sure she's worked on my entire family--including my 2 year old niece!

Let the employees know if you're pregnant through the notes when you place an appointment online or by phone. I did ask for my feet to be massaged but they weren't touched which is okay, because I had a great experience with Janina who gave me my first prenatal massage which was amazing! I couldn't have asked for more. Hopefully see them again soon!

Beware!! I booked an appointment, had a massage, and was satisfied with the skill level of the RMT. I booked a follow up appointment for the next week at 315pm. I got there at 3pm, only to be told I was an hour early, and that my appointment was at 4pm. They seemed quite positive, so to kill time I went for sushi. I came back just before 4pm, and there was another person with my same name who was already in the room for his massage. I was told sorry, but there was nothing they could do for me that day. These people have no idea what they're doing, and I wasted my entire afternoon for nothing. Needless to say I will not be going back.

We had an appointment there today at 5pm and we were there 15 min early as we were asked to. I went up stairs but there was nobody there, I called a few times and no answer. The clinic is on the 2nd floor so my dad was waiting down stairs as he can't walk up stairs. There's no elevator in front of the building. I discovered an elevator on the other side of the building but it's too far for patients to walk there. I don't understand how a wellness clinic is located on the second floor with no elevator in front. There was no parking available anywhere near. This was a very disappointing experience. Seek other places, don't bother.
