It was very awesome.
My neck and back got sprained from shoulder press, was very stiff this morning but after one hr massage treatment, it feels so much better. Still bit stiff and pain, but improved a lot.. Facial treatment is also great, the soothing mask is anti-irritation/ redness, and smells very nature.
People there are very friendly. They do great jobs with professionalism. Try to communicate with one specialist about your body issue, they will customize the treatment.

Me and my friend had such an amazing experience with this spa. We got the spa package, Business Oasis (which is a massage, facial and mani+pedi). Sandy and Helen were amazing at making sure we were getting the best of the treatment. Strongly recommend the facials, I didn't think that the facial would be that good but it was very rejuvenating as they steamed, black head and white head extraction, used a cool electric static ball (I don't the name of it unfortunately) and applied the face mask. We also got face and head massages as well. They were very thorough with the massage and made sure we were getting the right pressure we wanted and massaged our whole bodies. The mani-pedi was very nice as well and made my hands and feet feel a lot more softer. They were very caring and made sure we were comfortable. The atmosphere is very relaxing and soothing. Highly recommending to anyone that wants a thorough massage or facial and overall a good spa experience.

To say I was surprised by the visit to Spring Day Spa & Wellness Centre is an understatement. The welcome and friendly atmosphere is great from the moment I arrived.
That staff are great and very helpful. I am in my 26th week of pregnancy and was feeling very sore and uncomfortable, I needed a treat and went for the massage and facial and it ticked all my boxes. I left the Spa feeling like a new person. I will be going back for more of the same next week. Great Spa and Great Staff well done Spring Day Spa Wellness Centre.

Beyond out of this world! From everyone's incredible friendliness to the heavenly ambiance to the amazing massage my girlfriend and I received. A World Class Spa that has fair pricing and is right here in Toronto. After trying many spas in Toronto, this is now our only go to spa.
