Ladies here are kind, caring and careful in their work. The hand massage was amazing, and I told her so, so she tried even harder to make it better!

Ann does amazing gel nails! Tons of choices and great prices. Logan is great at pedis and is always very gentle with my feet. My nails always last, often longer then they likely should if I forget to book in. It is extremely clean and the girls are friendly. I recommend this place to everyone!

I had amazing service here! The entire staff was gracious and kind! My gel mani lasted 4 weeks with no chipping and my facial was amazing!

Sadly, I had a very poor experience with this nail spa's customer service. I was very excited to try our this place. I made an appointment for gel tops for December 30th. I confirmed the appointment and arrived only to find that the Salon was closed. I waited and then disappointingly gave up. I received an apology phone message hours later. I was kindly offered a complimentary appointment and accepted. I confirmed the appointment, however, when I arrived I was informed that my appointment was not in the calendar. The staff had no clue about the complimentary appointment. Very disappointing. I sadly won't be recommending this nail spa to any of my friends and colleagues. They're loss.

So angry.
I've been to this place twice. First time, my shellac (gel as they call it) peeled off in less then 24hours. I went back, they fixed it.
Then this time, I went back and got shellac again, and my nails didn't even last a day!! They are chipped, and every single one is cracked. I seriously feel like I burned $38.
I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt once, but twice?
Bad.
