Both the service and the food excel. The favors of the Beef Carpaccio are fantastic, and the presentation was beautiful. A local fresh yellowtail snapper was available which was flaky and delicious fried in a light batter with lemon butter. The pan seared tuna steak was prepared and seasoned perfectly.
