Should be 0 or less actually. I went to get a massage to ease my muscle pain from island hopping yesterday but the part that ached the most, my arms, were not massaged at all. For some stupid reasons, after I asked the receptionist whether the arms were really not included, she just said that it is whole body, sarcastically. She even emphasized that it was impossible and that I was probably asleep and did not notice. Huh, really?!? Is that how a customer inquiry, I did not even say it as a complain, supposed to be addressed? I felt totally disrespected as a customer, to be accused of lying and not being treated professionally. Plus, my arms were terribly painful because I was lying in the same position, how could I not notice??? And she even touched my arm to check whether there is oil in it, how stupid, right? It was an horrible experience. In hindsight, the receptionist face the customers with stone face, and I realized she did not even greet us when we approached the reception area. I really regetted going there and will ultimately never recommend this place to my friends, and especially not to foreigners, the level of service is so poor. I did not get what I paid for, just something worse, I got more pain in my upper arms. Terrible, just terrible. Don't ever go there or you'll regret it.
