A one man show, Hiro san is a sommelier turned chef. His collection of wines, especially Italian is superb. We had the pleasure of the entire restaurant for our family of 6(in a 9 seater restaurant) We were fed a fantastic New Year dinner with sesame tofu topped with Uni, oysters done in different ways, the best seared beef, ending with oysters rice. Desert was sweet and juicy strawberries in season. Truly a wonderful finale to our New Year holidays to Kyoto.

何をオーダーしても美味しい。オイル鮎デン 自家製のカラスミ 土鍋で炊く雲丹ご飯 お勧めです。
