We stayed for only a short night because it was near the Nice airport and we had a very early flight. The late check-in process was smooth.
The room itself was small with signs like "don't wash your laundry in the sink" and "don't eat in the room". Felt like staying in a hostel yet I've stayed at better hostels around the world. The bathroom was minimal with cheap toiletries and a blind that didn't cover all the way - ensuring privacy.
Our room was downstairs and we could hear a mom and young child talking and yelling in the lobby. Disruptive.
The only positive thing is the panoramic view - we booked the city view but definitely not worth the money (we paid $110/night). So I wouldn't recommend staying here for more than one night.

Amazing views over Nice. Gino and Valerie were friendly and accommodating - the perfect hosts. The reason I've given four stars rather than five is because it's a bit pricey for what you get. Our bathroom was pokey and the shower cubicle was really dark. Also the walls are pretty thin. We were beneath reception and could hear everything that was going on. But these are fairly minor complaints. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view and very nice hosts. Zero sound proofing. Poor blankets. We are not going to come back.

We had a great stay here, small, but clean room with excellent view to the city. Hosts were very friendly and cooked very nice breakfast. Hotel is at the great location with easy access of the downtown by public transportation. Would definitely come back here and recommend to others.

The view of the city from the hotel was beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly, as was their adorable doggy in the lobby. The room was comfortable and spacious, and it was not too difficult to find a place to park near the hotel. It is too bad we could only stay one night, and we hope to return sometime in the future =) thank you.
