As a skeptic, I came to Lisa to try massage therapy to ease my tenseness on my upper back and my right shoulder from years of tennis. After only one session with her, I am impressed with the results: my muscles are relaxed, I have back my usual range of motion in my shoulder and no discomfort anymore! And I feel rejuvenated!
