My husband gave me a gift certificate and when I called to book the receptionist said that I must book with 4 o 6 week and advance! Water Spa must inform in advance to make the purchase that you must wait to use the gift certificate. I very disappointed!

My friend had the body buff treatment and left with blotches of tanner all over. I could have done a better job applying it. I had a mini makeup application, with uneven liner and was asked to apply my own mascara. When I asked her to fix the crooked liner, she tried to scrape it off with a mascara brush instead of getting a q-tip. What a horribly over priced experience. Will never go back.

I had my first pedicure at the Waters Spa and am extremely disappointed. My heels were in need of a good pedicure and a week later they look and feel as if I didn't have one done. I have been using cream on my heels daily. I have never experienced this before at other spas. They didn't remove any dry skin and only sanded it with a tool. The menu said the pedicure would be 40 minutes and within 20 minutes the lady was applying polish. I felt rushed and that I paid for a service I didn't get.

I had the worst waxing experience of my life here. I was provided a gift certificate to the salon as a Christmas gift and decided to go for a Brazilian wax which I have had many times in the past at a couple of the salons I regularly go to but since i had the gift card i figured why not give them a try! - worst ever. The girl who did the wax was very nice however she left me bruised, ripped me and still left a ton of unwanted hair! I was also left so covered in wax. The hair was definitely long enough to be properly waxed and in fact I had to go today to have it fixed by another salon who was horrified at the job that was done. As a professional I dont think the phrase "you will still need to shave a couple spots" or "put polysporin" on it should be used when referencing waxing a sensitive area.
I will not be back.

I would like to think of myself as a regular! I get monthly RMT massages and very frequent nail and facial services. I use all of their spa products and skin care lines. Since moving to Waterloo 4 years ago, I have ventured off and tried other places, but keep coming back for more! To me no other place compares and when I brought all of my bridesmaids here the day before my wedding, it was a total hit!
I would like to think of myself as a regular! I get monthly RMT massages and very frequent nail and facial services. I use all of their spa products and skin care lines.
