Two weeks ago I went from long hair to short. Kati Hill assured me to give her a call if it needed tweaking before my next appointment. Well, it did, a week later. So I called and she was able to find a slot in her booked schedule on short notice. We went in for round two and the finished product was exactly what I was looking for. Then, as if it could get any better, Kati did not charge me for this, saying it really was just an extension of the first cut and change in hairstyle from that week. Now, THAT'S outstanding customer service. I've been coming to Kati for years now and never once have I been disappointed in her skill, her professionalism, her generosity and her pleasantness. Misbehaven Spa is lucky to have her, so kudos to you for doing so!
