It's the worst place you always have an emergency water shutdown this is a worst place to live in.

This apartment complex is the most frustrating place you will ever live. The office staff is the worst no matter how many times they change management. The water gets shut off at least twice a month for an undisclosed amount of time. My water was off for a week straight and they refused to send pest control to my apartment when the unwashable dishes attracted roaches, I had to get rid of those myself. Speaking of bugs, it felt like every time I got rid of them my neighbors spread more to my apartment. I called the office and literally nothing was done to fix that. Pest control barely ever comes to the apartments. Rhere is no onsite security. Pretty much all of the "ammenities" are lies. The on-site laundry rooms are always nasty. The washers and dryers are almost always broke. They have 2 very nice pools, that they never open to the residents except on special events. Their entrance and exit gates are always broken. There were gunshots less than 10 feet from my door one night and the apartment complex made no effort to better secure their facilities. They claim that their new management is better, but alot of this stuff has happened while they have been "The Foundry". They will lie to you about rent, my last months rent was quoted to me at $132 when I put in my notice of vacating, but when it was time to pay them they claimed that it was $168, and that they had never quoted me the other price. I put up with this type of treatment for 3 years. I wouldn't even recommend this place as a last resort for college living. I wouldn't recommend this place for any kind of living.

Water is constantly being turned off, there are roaches and when we asked them to spray, they basically told us we were leaving food out and it was our fault. (Pretty sure it was the tenants next to us, because we do not leave food out ever.) Even still, they never sprayed. Management has changed A LOT so rent payment methods changed with barely any notice. There is construction in the day time every day, so if work keeps you up in the evening, do not expect to get any daytime naps done.

Living there has been a decent experience ownership has changed about 1-3 times while I was living, water gets shut off about every other Thursday. We had roaches from and spraying/pest control was bad even after asking multiple times. What got me the most was how they lost my rent and had the nerve to try and evict me and tell me over the phone that they couldn't do anything until my roommates father threatens to sue. Then, next thing you know they found out payment posted to the wrong account. Overall noise is low if you don't live near the pool and gate is always broken.
