Very Friendly front desk, and staff, modern and cozy office. Located on the LL of the Decoplage in Sobe, but yet didn't feel like a basement.. Going back for more work.

Friendly cabinet and very professional! I go there for many years.The place is very clean. Recently I had to replace a porcelain tooth and the first time with Dr Yuchen, she did an amazing job. The temporary tooth she made looks better than the original one. She was very precise and we finished in under 2 hours. I was impressed. I also go for cleaning 3-4 times a year there and I'm very happy with the hygienist lady. Also the front desk lady she's very nice and helpful! I recommend this cabinet!

The good reviews are most likely from the previous dentist. Beware!! The assistant Pilar was awful. I wrote an email to reschedule my appointment. Did not get a response back. I had to write once again and got awful choices. This practice was previously by Adam Carson. It was great. When it was bought and became radiant smiles, it went downhill. Poor service. No follow up. Just find a new dentist. That's what I'm doing.

Waste of time. Terrible customer service. Tried them out and wanted to start with a yearly cleaning, which they refuse to do on first appointment. Then go in and tell me I need over $7k of work and when can I schedule an appointment. I hate being treated like an ATM machine. Did not even care to take the time to build a relationship or make me fell comfortable, just YOU NEED this and that. Funny thing is that my last dentist, who is out of my way and will be running back to and also has the best reviews in Miami never pushed like this and was very upfront and honest and always researched the insurance plan I was on to always find the way to do what was best for me. I will not being coming back here. Hope they learn that not everyone in southbeach is an open checkbook and you need to build trust with your customer before.
