As i walked by this shop today i saw a group of people off to the side of this shop. A employee very rudly was screaming at this group about playing a game. I decided to listen to what was going on. She continued to scream at this group and talk to them like they were low lifes. Not a single persone from that group talked to this lady in any rude maner at all.in fact only one persone said ok ma'am but you could have asked more politely. The employee contunued to yell. It really suprised me that she had presented her self in such a manner. I found it quit rude and compley unprofessional to scream and act in such a manner while on the clock. The way you present your self reflects on your business! I feel that if they did not like the people playing a game she should have aproched the situation in a much different manner. Needless to say i do not beleave it was the people standing there playing a game that will make me never want to go to this company but, the employee that aprotched the situation in such a poor manner. I have never witnessed such a nasty approach and it really amazed me that that came from an employee!
