The bus broke down on a chartered trip to Nashville 9/10/2016. We were supposed to leave Nashville at 7:00pm, after standing in the gravel parking lot of an abandoned building until 11:30pm at night they say "this bus isn't going anywhere tonight, you all are on your own to get home." New Image Travel stranded 45 people in a parking lot several hours away from home. We had to scramble to all find our own way home, some people took ubers to the airport and rented cars, some people had to find hotel rooms. And the bus driver driver came along on the brewery tour we took and was DRINKING BEER! This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a transportation company. They put a huge amount of people in a very dangerous situation on what was supposed to be a fun trip. I would strongly recommend against this company for anyone looking to book transportation services.
