I dont even want to put star on this company. My husband keeps paying his education loan for a year, but its not build up his credit score at all.
When i made a phonecall, the employee was so rude , not nice, not professional, and has no idea what i am talking about. SUPER HORRIBLE SERVICE. THIS IS SHOULD BE CALL DEBT COLLECTOR, NOT COLLECTION AGENCY !!!

It's almost like this place finds the rudest people around. They talk down to you and never work with you I hate this place with a passion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They took a payment from me on 10/31/2016 Costco still has not gotten their payment from yccs I took a photo copy and my bank statement with my confirmation number with the stupid person name that did the transaction over the phone .I've been playing phone tags with these idiots all week .Don't not ever make your payments to this collection agency pay the merchants company regardless someone is embezzling the funds I encourage anyone reading this to file a complaint with the attorney general office for fraud and a police report as well as a civil law suit from debt collection practices that were not followed by the laws under the federal trades commission office .I hope that anyone reading this will be wise enough to file charges if you were robbed.Assholes

They say they will work with you, but they don't...they keep adding fee after fee and instead of reducing your debt, it just increases!

Your company kicks individuals when they are down. The interest is ridiculous- & in addition each payment is charged with an extra processing fee. This system makes it extremely difficult to get out of debt. Not every one is a dead beat, there are alot of us that are putting forth an effort & this is just an added burden. Which makes me want to give up &/or declare bankruptcy. I did try to offer a fair high settlement amount, which was declined. I will however say that their is a couple nice people that work there,which is the only positive thing I can say.
