Brilliant coaching staff. multiple coaches for the busier classes. Strong community of competition and support. Very nice equipment and facility. Very sad to be moving out of town and will be using them as our standard as we look for a new box in our new town.

Was visiting town for the week and went to this gym with my uncle. First time trying crossfit and I loved it! The coaches and environment in there was awesome! Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get into this type of stuff!
