I have been with State Farm since I was 16 years old. I am 51 now. My truck was hit in my driveway, I was not even in the car. I have paid for full coverage on this truck since 2000. I had my truck repaired, and had to go back 3 times, and it is still not right. I talked to Jackie in the Nampa office, she told me to go back to Them after going back 3 times. She didn't understand. I will not take my truck back there ever. She said there will be someone calling me from the bodyshop, then she said why don't you call them back?? I am going to go back to my old State Farm in Twin Falls just to get away from all this CRAP, and be treated the way I should.
