Very poor customer service. A massage is supposed to be a luxury experience; however that is not what I encountered at this location. If you're looking for a good massage at a member or entry level price at one of the local chain spots, I would highly recommend Massage Heights in Hixson instead. They took my requests and specifications seriously and didn't make any changes to my appointment without notifying me...as Massage Envy did and with no action of recourse.

Massage was wonderful! Staff is always friendly and scheduling appointments is always easy. I have a membership and it is well worth the money!
