Only 4th day in and have bugs in bedroom. Office says they will have exterminator in on Wednesday next week. We will wait to see

Beautiful spacious apartment. Rent is high but so is getting a place in carlsbad. I dont know abt the management as i dont interact with them - i hve been helped whenever i call them.

Nice place for the money road construction has caused alot if inconvenient entrance and exit lots of dust on the cars parked along that side of the apartment once that's mess is completed it will be a very nice place

Living here a month now and it is like living in a resort. The amenities are great. Maintained well. If there is a negative it would be parking and the gate issues when at 100% capacity. The maintenance issues have been addressed promptly. Security has been seen not just driving but walking around as well. It's the #1 place to live in Carlsbad. I hope the managers continue to be friendly with high standards.

Yes. Good times in there. Unforgettable haha. They have a very nice pool area to enjoy grilling too. Nice social life if you get to know some tenants.
