Allstate Insurance: Hester Agency -Carlsbad

I'm not sure if the people that hit my friend have insurance through Carlsbad, but Allstate is giving her all kinds of trouble. She has a newborn preemie at home and Allstate is trying to take away her rental. First they took forever to get her repairs started. Then they made her wait for a week before she got a rental car; her car was not drivable. And now, they want her to turn the rental in before the repairs are done.

I don't know how a company can do business this way.

SMH...
