Handy hostel near the airport (even though it's close it can still take a while to get there due to traffic!). The owner is wonderfully welcoming and helpful and makes your breakfast to your liking. I felt very at home.

I stayed here one night before an early morning flight. It's nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, and cheap. The staff/owner is very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely come back if I get to visit Costa Rica again!

An excellent hostel for travelers looking for a quiet, comfortable, and friendly place to stay. The hostel is located within a 5-10 minute walk of many eateries and downtown Alajuela, yet the surrounding area is very quiet. The hostel owner is a very friendly woman, attentive to guests and always looking to provide the best hostel experience in Alajuela.
